Timeline Therapy is a type of therapy that helps you look at events from your past, present, and future in a structured way. The idea is to identify experiences that might be affecting you now and to work through them so they don’t continue to hold you back. During a session, you might be guided to “travel” along your personal timeline, noticing memories or feelings, and then reframe or release any negative emotions connected to those experiences. This can help you feel lighter, more in control, and better able to move forward in life.
Inner Child Work
Inner Child work is about connecting with and caring for the parts of yourself that may have been hurt or overlooked when you were younger. Often, our younger selves hold onto fears, sadness, or beliefs that influence how we feel and act today. In our sessions, I’ll guide you to recognize these feelings, comfort your younger self, and help them feel safe. This work can help boost your self-esteem, reduce emotional triggers, and help you feel more whole, confident, and at peace with yourself.
