I’ve always been a people person. I notice the little things, different personalities, what makes people tick, and often what someone might be feeling even when they’re not saying it.
But I’ve had my own struggles too.
I spent years working in a high-pressure sales environment, where there was always another target to hit and another expectation to live up to. From the outside, I probably
looked confident and capable, but inside I often doubted myself. Imposter syndrome was a big one for me, that feeling of wondering if I was actually good enough, even when everything around me said I was.
I got very good at pushing through and just getting on with things. And I know now how exhausting that can be.
Finding Hypnotherapy and Reiki changed a lot for me. They helped me understand myself differently, quieten some of that noise and let go of things I didn’t even realise I’d been carrying.
That’s a big part of why I do this now.
Yes, I’m a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Reiki Master, but I’m also just a person who’s been through my own stuff and knows that sometimes life can feel like a lot.
You don’t need the right words. You don’t need to pretend you’re okay. Just come as you are.
We’ll start there.
