I’ve always been fascinated by people how we think, feel, behave, and the many masks we wear just to get through life. Beneath those masks are tender, vulnerable parts of us that don’t always feel safe to share. I understand that deeply, because I’ve lived it.

Hypnotherapy Was My Turning point

Hypnotherapy was my first real turning point. Despite my initial doubts, the changes I experienced were undeniable and life-changing. That personal transformation led me to train at the Surrey College of Clinical Hypnotherapy (SCCP). Alongside my training, the inner work I did completely shifted how I understand the mind, emotions, and our capacity for meaningful, lasting change.

Practising Reiki

Reiki has a similar place in my journey. I first experienced it many years ago and didn’t fully understand it at the time. When I later returned to Reiki and began practising it regularly, its impact became clear. Experiencing its effects firsthand deepened my understanding of how powerful gentle, non-invasive work can be when we allow ourselves to receive.

Bringing Everything Together

Today, my work brings these approaches together. I support clients with stress and anxiety, unhelpful habits, fears and phobias, low confidence, self-esteem, and limiting beliefs. I use clinical hypnotherapy alongside Reiki and evidence-based techniques including EFT, EMDR, NLP, and CBT—always tailored to you as an individual.

Every session is led by what you need in that moment. There’s no pressure, no judgement, and no expectation to believe in anything straight away. Just a safe, supportive space where you can explore what’s beneath the surface, release what no longer serves you, and learn practical tools you can use in everyday life.

Change Through Support
