All About You
During a Reiki session, you will always remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on a treatment couch, in a safe and relaxed environment. I may use a very gentle touch or simply hold my hands slightly above your body, allowing the energy to flow naturally to the areas that need support most. This is not my energy, it is universal life energy, guided by your body, mind, and emotions to help restore balance and harmony. Many people notice a sense of warmth, tingling, or gentle pulsations, while others feel deeply relaxed, emotionally lighter, or quietly soothed. Every experience is unique, and you are in complete control throughout. Reiki is a gentle, nurturing, and supportive practice designed to help you feel calmer, more centred, and cared for, offering a peaceful moment of restoration just for you.
