Mindfulness and simple breathing techniques support them in staying grounded when panic rises, while EFT (tapping) offers a fun, practical way to release stress and worry. When deeper fears or old unhelpful messages are present, light Inner Child or Timeline work helps them gently let go of past experiences and move forward with confidence.
