Each session is completely personalised to you and what you need on that day. We begin with a gentle, supportive conversation to understand how you’re feeling and what’s been coming up for you. From there, I draw on the most appropriate therapeutic approaches for you in that moment this may include hypnotherapy, EFT, EMDR-inspired techniques, Inner Child Work, CBT, NLP, or soothing guided relaxation. You’ll also receive simple, practical tools you can use from day one to support your progress between sessions. The aim is always for you to leave feeling calmer, clearer, more grounded, and genuinely supported.
