Absolutely, everyone can be hypnotised. Hypnosis is a natural state that all of us enter many times a day without even realising it. When you’re absorbed in a film, lost in a daydream, scrolling on autopilot, or drifting off to sleep, you’re already moving through the same altered state of awareness that we use in hypnotherapy.

Some people are naturally more susceptible, meaning they may go into hypnosis more easily, more quickly, or more deeply. Others take a little more time and practice to settle into it, and that’s completely normal. Depth isn’t what makes hypnotherapy effective; what matters is your comfort, your willingness, and the gentle guidance you receive.

You are always in control

During hypnotherapy, you remain fully aware, in control, and able to stop at any time. My role is simply to guide you into a calm, focused state where your subconscious mind becomes more open to supportive, positive change.

Whether you enter hypnosis lightly or deeply, quickly or slowly, the process can still be incredibly effective and with practice, most people find it becomes easier and more natural each time.
